This Friday, my friends at Apthcry and I will be releasing our second collaboration. If you’ve been following my practice for a bit, you likely know how important it is to me to have accessible forms of my artwork available.
Socks are one of my favorite ways to share my work. People can often, if not always, use socks, and artist-edition socks allow folks to support an artists work in a way that is a bit more financially attainable.
In a world that worships rarity, I’m taking the risk of championing abundance. It brings me the most joy when someone who has followed my work for years can collect something they love without overreaching their budget.
Of course, not all of my work is accessible by the nature of many being paintings, and given I’m alive for a finite period of time, and will be able to paint for even smaller amount of that time. Rarity is built into our existence, which is why abundance, and aiming for it while I can, feels right for me.
Hope you love and wear these as much as I do Thank you all so much for the support!
I’d love it so much if you collected my first book, These Are My Big Girl Pants, available here!
I Love A Good Museum Print
